FastTrack - Public Access:
One of the Mayor's
goals of the Regulatory Streamlining Task Force was to make the
County's development processes more transparent, and one way to
accomplish this was to expand the Fast Track Online Services portal.
In addition to the building permits currently available, we now
offer the ability to browse and research development records from
our portal, including our
citizen and staff boards
, and additional
such as environmental, floodplain,
site work and zoning.
In order to make searching for information
easier for our citizens, we have added the ability to
parcel or address to find associated development records. For
current and active cases, the information provided on Fast Track is
in real-time, allowing customers and citizens to view the progress
and status as it evolves through the development process.
In an effort to
provide better information to the public, we are working diligently
to add historical records to the system. As historical records are
entered or improved they will become available on Fast Track. If
there are missing or inaccurate records please
the related agency to request changes.
