Detailed Instructions
Click the “Schedule an appointment” button above. On the first page, enter your Name and Phone Number.
Please enter a mobile number that can receive text alerts. (Standard text-messaging rates will apply) This number will be used for communication related to your appointment so it must be a working mobile number that can receive text alerts. On the next page, enter any notes that can help your service provider understand your request.
The next step is to pick the correct service provider. When you select "Schedule a FlexAppointment", you will be presented with date and time options that occur at least 24 hours in the future.
After you have clicked “done”, you will receive a text message confirmation and then updates about your appointment as the time nears. Please be sure to follow all posted safety guidelines inside the building. When you arrive, please make sure to check in at the Permitting Services reception desk.
