Building Permits

The Division of Building Safety is charged with the responsibility of reviewing plans, issuing permits and performing inspections for vertical construction to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Codes and local construction ordinances. The types of permit that we issue are building, electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing.

Only building records associated with an address will return. If you need to find all records on a parcel, use the Property search. Additionally, you can search for permits issued prior to June 4th, 2012 using our Historical Permit Search.
