The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) reviews the proposed developments conform to the principles and requirements of the county's comprehensive plan for the growth and development of the area and to provide recommendations in accordance with the standards and the requirements of the comprehensive plan and the regulations adopted there under to the Board of County Commissioners.
