Plat Review

The platting process is administered through Orange County Development Engineering, a division of the Public Works Department. Plats submitted are circulated to the appropriate county departments for review and comments based on specific conditions of approval as well as applicable state statutes and county codes. Once all approvals are secured the plat is routed for execution by required county staff and recorded in the public records.
