Schedule an Appointment Electronic Line System

This system allows you to schedule in person appointments for informational purposes only. All new applications and plans must be submitted via Fast Track. Appointments are required and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Upon arrival, please be sure to follow all posted safety guidelines and check in at the Permitting Services desk. Walk-ins will not be accepted after 4:45 PM Monday – Friday.

The system sends text-message updates to customers and reminders to those who have scheduled appointments. Due to time constraints, if you are late the appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day.

When you arrive in the building, please make sure to check in at the Permitting Services reception desk.

Please note that appointments with several of our reviewing partners are not available to schedule using the tool. If you need to meet with them in person, please use the contact info below to schedule a meeting at their offices.

  • Detailed Instructions

    Click the “Schedule an appointment” button above. On the first page, enter your Name and Phone Number. Please enter a mobile number that can receive text alerts. (Standard text-messaging rates will apply) This number will be used for communication related to your appointment so it must be a working mobile number that can receive text alerts. On the next page, enter any notes that can help your service provider understand your request.

    The next step is to pick the correct service provider. When you select "Schedule a FlexAppointment", you will be presented with date and time options that occur at least 24 hours in the future.

    After you have clicked “done”, you will receive a text message confirmation and then updates about your appointment as the time nears. Please be sure to follow all posted safety guidelines inside the building. When you arrive, please make sure to check in at the Permitting Services reception desk.
